American Infrastructure Wins National Awards for Quality in Asphalt Paving

Lanham, Md. — The National Asphalt Pavement Association (NAPA) announced today that American Infrastructure of Worcester, Pa., has won a total of six 2014 Quality in Construction Awards for excellence in construction of asphalt pavement projects. The company received its awards on Wednesday, Jan. 28, at a ceremony during the association’s 60th Annual Meeting in Marco Island, Fla.

American Infrastructure has met or exceeded these rigorous quality standards.”American Infrastructure won the award for its high-quality work in asphalt construction — including milling, overlay, patching and overall construction using advanced mixtures that included reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP), warm mix materials and green pavement techniques. The projects awarded included:

– SR 288N in Chesterfield County, VA
– I64E in Goochland County, VA
– I295S in Richmond, VA
– Pennsylvania Turnpike in Montgomery County, PA
