Allan Myers worked through every issue and set the stage for project success… I would highly recommend the Allan Myers team for any future work and look forward to having them on many of our upcoming projects.

I was impressed on how respectful [your trucks] were driving through Main Street following the speed limit. Kudos to the transportation department for hiring and managing a caring team of drivers!

The culture surrounding mental health in the const The culture surrounding mental health in the construction industry has historically been challenging, marked by stigma and a reluctance to openly address mental health issues. However, in recent years, there has been a growing awareness and effort to change this culture.

Allan Myers is committed to breaking the mental health stigma by normalizing mental health conversations in the workplace. Our 5th Annual Mental Wellness Week is September 18-22. Take some time to talk about mental health and well-being. Here are five things you can do to contribute to this positive change:

1. Educate Yourself - Understand the signs of mental distress and the resources available for support.

2. Lead by Example - Prioritize your own mental health: Show that you value mental well-being by taking care of your own mental health and seeking help if needed.

3. Initiate Conversations - Be a good listener: Be attentive and empathetic when someone reaches out to you for support.

4. Encourage Help-Seeking - Destigmatize seeking help, encourage others to reach out to professionals when needed.

5. Support Workplace Initiatives - Share resources, distribute information about available mental health resources and services to your coworkers.

If you or someone you know needs help, text or call the NEW Suicide Prevention Lifeline number at 988.
