Awarded Project of the Year honors and the Modal Award from the Maryland Quality Initiative on behalf of the company’s work on the MARC Wedge Storage Yard project in Washington, D.C. The project consisted of the construction of 6 train tracks, a locomotive maintenance pit, a full-length inspection pit, and service isles to function as a layover facility for MTA to address the increase in ridership and eliminate overcrowding at Union Station.
