Worcester, Pennsylvania – American Infrastructure, a leading heavy construction company and materials supplier, today announced that it has been ranked in the top 10 of Chief Executive magazine’s 2014 Top Private Companies for Leaders for the third consecutive year. The company received fourth place on the 2014 list of private companies who excel in leadership development.
“To be included on this list for three consecutive years is a significant achievement that validates our ongoing efforts to leadership development,” said American Infrastructure’s Chairman and CEO, A. Ross Myers. “We have a strong career development program that creates growth opportunities for our employees at every level. We are committed to offering leadership development courses for our employees to help them grow, excel and succeed at work and in their personal lives.”
Each year since 2005, Chief Executive magazine has sought to identify those companies that excel in leadership development. In partnership with Chally Group Worldwide, a Dayton, Ohio-based sales and leadership talent-management firm, and with the Human Capital Institute, they canvas world-class companies through a questionnaire and interviews in order to learn what companies are doing to identify and nurture people three or more levels down the chain from the CEO.
